Ahead of Art Basel, 8One hosted a special Zurich Art Weekend tour for international museum patrons visiting Zurich. Our guests included supporters of the Serpentine Galleries, MALBA, the Guggenheim, the Juan Carlos Maldonado Collection, Museo Reina Sofia, ICA Miami and other leading arts institutions and collections.

First stop: the UBS Headquarters in Zurich. Hosted by Daria Färber from the UBS Art Collection, the visit offered a behind-the-scenes look at an outstanding collection.

Second stop: a private collection. Hosted by a Zurich-based collecting family, we had the privilege of visiting their home and experiencing their intimate and personal collection. Designed by the award-winning architects Wild Bär und Heule and developed by Miredo AG , the residence itself is a remarkable architectural setting for contemporary art.

Third stop: Detector [Spiderweb] (2024) by Sarah Morris; one of the artists featured in the UBS Lounge at Art Basel this June, 2026.

For the second edition, 8One presented Arturo Galansino, Director General of Palazzo Strozzi in Florence.

Produced by 8One in collaboration with Stefano Rabolli Pansera and Marisa Chearavanont, this journey offered an intimate exploration of Bangkok’s evolving contemporary art scene, bringing together collectors, patrons, artists, and cultural institutions.

The programme included visits to Bangkok Kunsthalle and Khao Yai Art Forest with patrons from the New Museum, alongside Jim Thompson House Museum and DIB Bangkok, visited ahead of its opening.

The experience continued over lunch at Jay Fai and dinner at Khao Yai Art Forest—bringing together art, architecture, food, and conversation.

Produced by 8One, the journey offered an intimate exploration of Gstaad’s art scene.

The programme included visits to Almine Rech, Hauser & Wirth Vieux Chalet, and the Balthus Grand Chalet and Atelier in Rossinière, offering a closer look at the region’s contemporary and historical artistic landscape.
